SAGINAW TWP. – Wilson Realty, a family-owned Saginaw Township business, celebrated its ribbon cutting at its new location along State Street last week.

Scott Wilson, owner and a broker with Wilson Realty, said he started out as a realtor in Saginaw Township almost 40 years ago in a building not too far from the business’s new location.

The company, which officially opened its doors in another location in 2005, has nine agents and now occupies office space at 4344 State Street, near the Hemmeter Road intersection.

“We’re glad to be back,” Wilson said last Wednesday. The company employs 11 people and moved to its new location on Jan. 1 of this year.

Saginaw Township Supervisor Tim Braun spoke at the ribbon cutting and said the township was glad to be able to support local businesses like Wilson Realty.

“Everyone working together to promote business in the township; it doesn’t get any better than that,” he said.
