Brookdale Saginaw hosts annual family picnic

Photos by Carrie Brown On Monday, Aug. 28 nearly 150 residents, families, friends and staff celebrated at the Brookdale Saginaw Annual Family Picnic, country style. Festivities included homemade barbecue, music played by Liani & the Romantics, line dancing performed by the Dust Stompers in Cahoots, horseback riding, cotton candy, an Alzheimer silent auction and a pie eating contest.

Brookdale Saginaw is one of the approximately 1,100 communities that make Brookdale Senior Living the largest owner and operator of senior living communities throughout the United States.

Brookdale Saginaw has been located at 2485 McCarty Road, Saginaw, at the corner of McCarty and Barnard roads, for the last 18 years. Brookdale Saginaw offers both an assisted living community and an Alzheimer’s and memory care community, each accommodating up to 20 residents.
