The ride kicked off last weekend on Dec. 1 and 2 and will continue this weekend on Friday, Dec. 8, and Saturday, Dec. 9, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This year, the annual Christmas event offers a ride through the woods featuring 19 light displays sponsored by local businesses.

“This is the most sights we’ve ever had. That’s the most businesses that have joined in to help,” said Parks and Recreation Director Jon Corriveau.

There is a cost for riding the train. Children ages 5 and under ride for free. Hot cocoa and Christmas cookies are available at the train depot before riding.
