The Saginaw Masonic Lodge #77 presented Saginaw Township Fire Chief Jim Peterson with a new thermal imaging camera on Sunday, Jan. 28. Thermal imaging cameras are used for search and rescue and to find hot spots. The Masonic Lodge raised the money through over a year’s worth of fundraisers. “At Saginaw Lodge #77, our community is something we take pride in. We live, work, and play here. This is our heart. Helping to provide this tool, and bring light into the darkness to those saving lives, was an absolute pleasure for us,” said Worshipful Master Chris Black in a press release.
